Welcome to Lumnyx, an AI-powered whiteboard for creative thinking, teaching, and learning. By accessing or using Lumnyx, you agree to the following terms.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Lumnyx, you accept this End User License Agreement (EULA) and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Lumnyx.You also represent that you are at least 13 years old or have obtained parental consent. We may update these terms and the privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of Lumnyx after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


2. Data Collection

  • IP Addresses: We may temporarily log your IP address for up to 24 hours to prevent abuse and for troubleshooting. IP logs are deleted automatically and are not linked to any personal data.

  • Analytics: We use Netlify and Framer analytics to collect anonymous, aggregate usage data. No personal data or identifiers are collected.

You have the right to request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.


3. User Responsibilities

By using Lumnyx, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the app for illegal or harmful purposes,

  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service,

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software,

  • Share or exploit vulnerabilities publicly without permission

We reserve the right to refuse access or service to anyone at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all, including but not limited to violation of these terms or behavior harmful to the app or other users.


4. AI Features

Some features use third-party AI services. By using these features, you agree that:

  • Your inputs may be processed by external AI providers,

  • Outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate,

  • You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.


5. Security

Your connection is secured via HTTPS. We do not store your whiteboard content or personal data.


6. Disclaimers

Lumnyx is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the app. Lumnyx is not response for any damages or changes as a result of a user learning this from the app.
